Eats #7: Roasted Cauliflower

This weeks number is 342, Roasted cauliflower with cumin, coriander and almonds.

Although this isn’t a meal in itself (more of an accompaniment or side dish) I’m glad it’s this weeks recipe. I’m looking forward to trying something completely different and a new take on what can be a boring vegetable.

The question is What can I cook to accompany cauliflower? Perhaps one of my previous dishes…
